Impress Your Guests!

Logo cookies are a delicious advertising/promotional tool.  Great for any business function.  They will be remembered!  And of course you can attach a business card for future reference.  My friends at the Gown Gallery, a really chicl bridal shop in the Crossroads District, give these to their customers while shopping on Saturdays.

Of course these cookies can be customized for any occasion.  Below is a pic one bride used as a favor for her wedding reception.

We can use any font, any color, any information you want printed on your cookie!

This week I did the cookies below for a "new love", a long distance relationship.  His birthday is today and we delivered a box of the cookies below with a little love note enclosed!

(Another use of logo/photo cookies.)

Visit my website www.memawscookies.com for pricing details.  Email info@memawscookies.com or call 816-237-8427 with any questions.

It's been a busy last couple of weeks!

I'm not complaining, believe me!

Ok, here we go....

The Cohen wedding at the Intercontinental Hotel on the Plaza

Ya know....I've been trying to create more interesting photographs and as a rule my favorites have been on the all white plates.    Obviously for a white cookie, not so much!  But the plate is pretty!  Oh well, these cookies have been seen before.  Thank you Lisa, and best of luck to Rachel and Ken.

Cute little animal cookies....eight colors!!!
They were made to coordinate with the baby shower invitation.

 And here's the invite....

  Cute!  Thank you Jeanne.

I did a larger than normal order for Adams Dairy Bank (I do cookies for them every week).  These were for an event they sponsored for Blue Springs South High School.

This cookie was a custom order:
I really like the way she turned out.  And yes, no white plate, but still a bad pic. I was in a hurry, that's my excuse! I also did a groom in his tux, but the pic was even worse. I'm planning to do these again soon, so I'll re-post with better pics.  I have a wedding show coming up on September 11th and I think I need these to go with me!

I guess here's a good place to mention that if you're soon to be a bride or know someone that is, check out www.bigrevealkc.com for the show details.  It's always a fun show to do and you get to visit several venue options while connecting with wedding vendors.  You can also find me on www.tietheknotkc.com along with other best of kc wedding vendors.

And, last but not least,

a whole bunch of cookies for Earnst & Young.  As requested, one yellow "E" and one black "Y" in each bag.  I delivered them to KU in Lawrence.  I think they were doing some recruiting.

That's it for now.  As always, more cookies to come.

Martini's and Snowflakes! Snowflakes??? in July???

Martini cookies for a martini themed wedding shower for Kristen, given by her friend Karie.
Thank you Karie, it was nice meeting you.

And, yes, snowflakes!
What better cookie to help everyone stay cool at a pool party on a scorching hot summer day!
Thank you Marcy and Larry!

What? No cookies?

That's right!  I was in sunny Florida with my grandkids and their Mom.  The whole trip was AWESOME! That's not a postcard!

We had fun times at the beach
Katelyn - always busy!

We took care of those ornery boys!
I don't think they minded....

We visited Daytona International Speedway
We had a girls day at the spa

Katelyn lost her first tooth
She's holding up a baggie prepared for the tooth fairy!

One day we had planned to spend the whole afternoon at the beach.  As soon as we were packed up and ready to go it started to sprinkle.  We figure it will rain 10 minutes and stop.  Just like the day before - right?  Well do you see out the back window of the car?

 It didn't stop!  So....Plan B

Go back to Pops house and play in the rain!
Aren't these kids funny?

I love this picture of Grant and Conner heading out to catch a wave on their boards.

It sure was a fun time in sunny Florida!

Customer Compliments

I got a couple of really nice emails yesterday!
Jean is the mother of the bride that was married on Saturday  She ordered these:

And she said:

Dianne,  The cookies were great!!.  I did not have to take one cookie home.  They were all gone by the end of the evening.  As I mentioned we are not Wedding cake people and I have been to too many Weddings where the Family is loading up leftover cake to take home.  I did not have to do that.  On the down side, the Bride and Groom did not get a cookie and the only one I tasted was the ones I ate on my way home from your  house when I picked up the cookies.  However that is a good problem, obviously they were a hit and the next time I will put a few aside to enjoy ourselves.  Thank you and I will pass your name on.  We have 2 more daughters that are single, hopefully they will give Mom and Dad time to recover.  Jean

YAY!  I love happy customers.
AND... Sara ordered the cookies for the Community Blood Center:

The cookies we ordered from MeMaw’s Cookies were beautiful and delicious.  The logo we requested appeared on each cookie perfectly and was a wonderful addition to our function.  The cookies were excellent Dianne.  If we have the means to order cookies for an event again I will definitely call you.
Thanks,
Sara

YAY!  More happy customers!
